Haida Gwaii - August, 2010

Some friends from Haida Gwaii told me a few years ago that I should definitely visit the islands next time I made it to Northern British Columbia. I timed my visit to attend the Edge of the World Music Festival. Aside from that, I spent about a week exploring the area. It's definitely one of the most uncrowded places I've ever been in North America.

The weather was fairly cooperative for my visit -- I even saw the northern lights during my last night there!
