This contest was specifically for the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area, which includes the bordering beaches. This photo will be published in OUTDOORS, the quarterly calendar of events and programs for the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area. It has an average circulation of 20,000 issues.
